Websphere Commerce Developers / Architects (All Levels)

• Will be responsible for the development, implementation and support of custom web-based applications for external clients. You will utilize multiple technologies to create solutions such as e-commerce sites, informational portals and content management solutions. This position is primarily focused on the design, creation and delivery of solutions based on WebSphere Commerce.
• Will provide overall technical leadership and advanced technical guidance and contributions within the group to ensure that appropriate products, technologies and practices are being used and implemented in all phases of the project life cycle. 
• Will be responsible for technical quality control and setting and maintaining quality benchmarks. Also responsible for mentoring teammates and leading development efforts. 

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Deep understanding of Java based technologies 
• Significant Experience with WebSphere Commerce; experience in other commerce packages a plus
• Minimum 3-5 years of work experience with numerous successful development projects
• For Sr. roles, must have the ability to provide detailed software architecture planning, technical design and analysis, as well as prototype development to support all efforts
• Should hold multiple certifications in WebSphere, including, IBM WebSphere Certified Developer, IBM Certified Solutions Expert (WebSphere), IBM Certified Deployment Specialist (WebSphere)
• Experience required in the areas of .NET, ASP, SQL Server, Java/JSP/servlets, Struts, web applications, XML and database design
• BS Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is required; MS preferred
• Must be available to travel
