SAP CRM Functional Consultant
The SAP CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for the entire system development life cycle from analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP CRM to meet the requirements, developing functional specifications, testing the solution, as well as supporting the solution. This individual may also be responsible for team leading.
RESPONSIBLITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Will work closely with the client to perform business requirement analysis SAP CRM design and configuration including:
- Integration between CRM and other systems/modules, such as SAP ECC and R/3
- Developing functional specifications
- Developing test scripts
- Executing testing
- Issue resolution management
- Support training development and execution
- Post “go live” support
- Lead team in the solution roll-out reporting directly to the project manager
- Status updates and reporting
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- SAP experience required
- Minimum of 5 years SAP CRM experience
- Completed at least 2 full life cycle SAP CRM implementations
- Experience in the ASAP methodology
- Must be available to travel
